We utilise the freshest ingredients, from Sicilian Nocellara olives to sustainably sourced seafood from UK shores, to build a menu that reflects your wedding perfectly. All of our food is prepared in our exclusive kitchen, based deep in the Cotswolds. Our chefs, led by Hazel Frame, have decades of experience delivering exceptional menus for weddings, providing the perfect backdrop for the biggest day for our couples.
In addition to sourcing the best Italian delicacies, we also utilise local produce, including meat sourced from local farms. The aim is to ensure quality and availability, so that from our initial discussions, right through to the actual day, everything is delivered, and cooked, to perfection.
Our chefs’ favourite thing to do (other than cooking) is to sit with our couples and discuss the many options available for their wedding breakfast. Our open and friendly chefs, and event planners, work with you to build a menu that works for your wedding and creates lifelong memories.
